Individual Therapy
I provide 60 minute individual counseling sessions either in person or via telehealth structured around your needs. I am here to listen without judgement, provide a caring space, and challenge where necessary to facilitate change.
Family Therapy
I provide 60 minute family counseling sessions either in person or via telehealth. This is a space to try new ways of interacting with each other and identifying and strengthening communication skills.
Fees
We will start with a free 10-15 minute consultation to see if we are a good match, talk about scheduling, and discuss fees. I accept both Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and private pay.
My private pay full fee for an individual session is $155 for 60 minutes, and for a family session is $165 for 60 minutes. I am happy to provide a statement for insurance reimbursement for you to submit for out of network benefits.
