About Me

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider in the State of Tennessee and a National Certified Counselor.

I graduated from Syracuse University in 2009 with a BA in Psychology. I then worked in various jobs before moving here to Nashville for graduate school from New Jersey in 2013 and I received my M.Ed. in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 2015.

I since have been involved working with youth, adults, and families as a School Counselor, a School-Based Therapist, and a Clinical Therapist at a non-profit. My work has especially been to make a difference to those that are homeless, marginalized, and affected by systemic injustices.

I live with my dog, Igor, who you’re likely to see in telehealth sessions :). I enjoy live music, chess, reading, watching movies and sports.
